* Due to the large number of participants, the oral test is run over a number of days. You will receive more information about your test date one to two weeks before the test.

Norskprøve 2 and Norskprøve 3 are held at fixed dates three times a year. The tests are available in both Norwegian written forms ("bokmål" and "nynorsk"). Norskprøve 2 and Norskprøve 3 (and also Norskprøve 1) are funded by Vox, Norwegian Agency for Lifelong Learning (an agency of the Norwegian Ministry of Education and Research). Norskprøve 2 and Norskprøve 3 (when both written and oral tests are taken) can be used to document "adequate knowledge of Norwegian" to be used in certain visa applications. Please contact the relevant authorities about requirements.
